Australian woman has shared home with gigantic spider for over a year

Sometimes we end up sharing our homes with the tiniest creatures, without even knowing. However, things may get a little complicated when a massive spider takes up residence inside your home. But believe it or not, this woman in Australia has been cluelessly sharing her home with a giant huntsman spider.

JAKE GRAY

Surprisingly, Annette Gray didn’t noticed, for a pretty long time, that a bizarre creature took over her house’s walls. But what’s even more surprising, when she eventually came across her uninvited guest, the kind woman wasn’t bothered at all. More she even gave her visitor a name and welcomed it to stay as much as it wishes.

Both Annette and her son Jake, said the spider which they named Charlotte is quite friendly and it didn’t bother them at all. However, I’m wondering what their friends would have say before visiting them. Anyway, the huntsman spider is a harmless species( even friendly for some), despite it can grow pretty big. Right now, Charlotte is nearly 6 inches wide, but it can get even bigger.

JAKE GRAY

“We’ve watched [Charlotte] grow over the last year or so,” Jake with the The Dodo. “[She] never bothered us. She moves about the house, pops up room to room, eats all the bugs.”

While for the Grays, Charlotte may be part of the family, already, they caused a real stir in the moment they shared snaps of it online. Well, I pretty sure many of those who disagrees them are suffering of arachnophobia!
